Position Overview – Tube Bending / Coil Assembly Production Associate

We are seeking a mechanically inclined production associate to join a manufacturing environment working with tube and pipe bending and coil assembly. This role involves using specialized equipment to bend tubing into spiral shapes, preparing components for assembly, and working with basic measuring and cutting tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use specialized machines to bend tube or pipe into spiral coils
• Perform bending and preparation of component parts prior to assembly
• Wrap coils of pipe as part of final product assembly
• Use basic measuring instruments and cutting tools
• Operate a hand tool knife (large scissor-type cutter) for trimming pipe materials
• Support general production and assembly processes as needed

Requirements:

• Must be able to speak Spanish
• Must have intermediate English skills (approximately 7/10 proficiency)
• English required for communication and safety instructions
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the day
• Must be comfortable with heavy physical labor
• Steel-toe boots required
• Ability to use basic hand tools and measuring instruments
• Training provided

Work Environment / PPE:

• Steel-toed boots required (not optional)
• Safety glasses, ear plugs, and cut-resistant gloves provided
• Working with metal tubing and coil materials in a production setting
