Job Summary
We are looking for a professional and motivated Call Center Representative to join our growing team in Auburn. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their questions are answered and their issues are resolved with a high degree of empathy and efficiency.
Core Responsibilities

Customer Support: Handle a high volume of inbound calls regarding [Insert Service/Product, e.g., billing, technical support, or order tracking].

Issue Resolution: Listen actively to customer concerns, identify the root cause of problems, and provide accurate solutions or escalations.

Follow-up: Conduct outbound calls when necessary to provide updates or ensure a customer’s issue has been fully resolved.
Qualifications & Skills

Experience: 1+ years of experience in a call center or retail customer service environment preferred.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone demeanor.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating multiple computer screens and software programs simultaneously (e.g., Microsoft Office, Zendesk, or Salesforce).

Problem Solving: Ability to remain calm and helpful under pressure, especially when dealing with frustrated callers.

Language: Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a significant plus but not required.
