Executive Assistant
(Temp-to-Hire)
Location: NE Portland, OR (Onsite)
Pay: $28–$32/hour DOE
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support in a fast-paced office environment. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity based in NE Portland, offering the chance to support leadership while playing a key role in day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to executives and leadership team
- Perform general office duties including ordering supplies, maintaining filing systems, and basic bookkeeping
- Prepare and edit invoices, reports, memos, letters, and financial documents
- Manage and organize corporate records, documents, and reports
- Review and prioritize incoming communications, determining appropriate distribution
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, including preparing agendas and arranging logistics for board and committee meetings
- Serve as a key point of communication across internal teams and external stakeholders
Qualifications & Skills:
- 5–7 years of administrative or executive assistant experience required
- Prior experience supporting executives strongly preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- High level of professionalism and discretion with confidential information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Education:
- High school diploma or GED required
