Job Title: Payroll & Customer Service Representative (Bilingual – Spanish)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Payroll & Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves communicating with clients, processing payroll, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Payroll experience is not required, as training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate professionally with clients regarding payroll and account-related inquiries
• Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner
• Provide high-level customer service and support
• Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
• Support other departments when required

Qualifications:

• Prior customer service experience required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to learn payroll systems (training provided)
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required
• Team-oriented with a willingness to assist across departments
