Express Employment Professionals is seeking a construction technician specializing in drywall and painting to join a local business. Several years of drywall experience is required.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform reconstruction and repair tasks to include anything drywall related.
• Painting and finishing work.
• Framing, installation of doors.
• Other related tasks as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Physically able to safely stoop, bend, lift and maneuver heavy items (appliances, furniture, building materials, debris etc.)
• Able to safely lift up to 50 pounds regularly without assistance.
• Work well as part of a team and on occasion with minimal supervision.
• Communicate effectively and appropriately to work with supervisor, coworkers, employer, and clients.
• Pass background check and drug screening to employer's satisfaction.
• Valid driver's license.

WORK HOURS & SCHEDULE

• Full-time position
• 40 hours per week
• Normal business hours 7:30 am – 4:00 pm, 30-minute meal break
