Express Employment Professionals is hiring for a Customer Service Representative in Terre Haute, IN . The Customer Service Representative position is a full time, permanent position with pay starting at $13.00/hour.  

 

Customer Service Representative Job Requirement: 

• Customer service experience 

• Computer literate  

• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) 

• Data Entry into database to maintain records 

• Call Center Experience is a plus 

• Debt collection, call center  

 

Customer Service Representative Skills: 

• Previous experience in a customer service role or office 

• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening 

• Basic computer knowledge and experience 

• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively 

• Work in a fast-paced environment 

• Detail-Oriented 

• Self-Starter 

• Team Player
