Production Associate – Grinder / Finishing

Join a growing Georgetown manufacturer producing essential products for commercial, industrial, and technology environments across the country. We are hiring Production Associates for grinding and finishing roles within a modern manufacturing setting.

This is an excellent opportunity for mechanically inclined candidates who enjoy working with tools, creating quality finished products, and learning valuable production skills.

What You’ll Do:

• Use hand tools and grinders to smooth and finish metal components
• Deburr, prep, and inspect products before final stages
• Ensure products meet quality standards
• Maintain production pace safely and efficiently
• Keep workstation organized and clean

What We’re Looking For:

• Comfortable using hand tools or power tools
• Mechanically inclined with good attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Manufacturing experience preferred but trainable candidates welcome

Available Shifts:

🕒 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
🕒 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
