Shipping & Receiving Warehouse  Clerk

A growing and established supply chain / distribution company in the Round Rock area is seeking a dependable Shipping & Receiving Warehouse Associate to join their team. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, accuracy, and staying busy in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Process, package, and prepare outbound customer orders

·         Load, unload, and move materials using forklift and pallet jack

·         Enter shipping and receiving information into internal systems

·         Verify purchase orders, picking documents, and shipment quantities

·         Inspect incoming shipments for shortages or damages

·         Resolve discrepancies and communicate with carriers as needed

·         Route materials to proper departments

·         Maintain organized inventory and warehouse stock

·         Ensure outgoing shipments meet packaging and quality standards

·         Monitor shipping supplies and request replenishment when needed

Qualifications:

·         Minimum 6 months warehouse or shipping/receiving experience

·         Strong data entry and computer skills required

·         Working knowledge of Excel

·         ERP system experience preferred

·         International shipping knowledge a plus

·         Detail-oriented and dependable

·         Safety-minded with strong work ethic

·         Forklift experience preferred
