Location: Huntington Beach, Santa Ana & Fountain Valley, CA
Schedule: Full-Time | 1st Shift (Day Shift) | Occasional Overtime as Needed
Pay: Starting at $20/hour (DOE)

Overview

We are partnering with multiple reputable companies throughout Orange County seeking experienced, safety-focused Forklift Operators. This is an evaluation hire opportunity with long-term potential for dependable, high-performing individuals.

This role is ideal for candidates with experience operating sit-down, stand-up, reach trucks, or cherry pickers in fast-paced warehouse or distribution environments, with a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload materials
• Safely transport product throughout warehouse and storage areas
• Perform order picking, palletizing, and staging of materials
• Load and unload trucks while ensuring accuracy and minimizing product damage
• Utilize RF scanners or warehouse management systems (WMS) as needed
• Conduct routine equipment checks and report any maintenance or safety concerns
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety guidelines and procedures

Qualifications

• Previous forklift experience (sit-down, stand-up, reach truck, or cherry picker preferred)
• Strong understanding of warehouse safety practices and OSHA guidelines
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
• Experience with RF scanners, WMS systems, or inventory tracking tools is a plus
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Forklift certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain)
