This is a direct hire opportunity for someone who thrives in a consultative, relationship-driven sales environment—not transactional or pushy, but informative, trustworthy, and customer-focused.

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in retail sales, customer service, inside sales, jewelry sales, or financial transactions, who can confidently engage with clients, build rapport quickly, and guide them through buying and selling precious metals.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage directly with customers interested in selling gold, silver, platinum, diamonds, and coins
• Evaluate, test, and price items based on established company standards
• Educate clients on the precious metals buying/selling process with clarity and professionalism
• Set and manage appointments both over the phone and in person
• Handle inbound calls and walk-in inquiries with a strong customer-first mindset
• Maintain accurate records through data entry and CRM systems
• Support daily office operations in a fast-paced retail environment
• Represent the company with integrity, confidence, and positive energy

Qualifications

• Sales-minded with a natural ability to build trust, connect, and influence decisions
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (in person and over the phone)
• Customer service experience with a consultative sales approach
• Comfortable handling sensitive transactions and high-value items
• Solid math skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer proficiency (data entry, CRM systems, general office tools)
