We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Administrative Assistant to provide secretarial and customer service support to our office. This role includes answering phones, assisting customers, handling documentation, and performing light-duty payroll tasks. Strong computer skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls with professionalism
Provide customer service support to clients, vendors, and internal staff
Perform general secretarial duties including filing, scanning, and document preparation
Assist with light-duty payroll tasks, such as data entry and timesheet verification
Monitor and respond to emails promptly and accurately
Maintain organized records, files, and documentation
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and basic correspondence
Support office operations by ordering supplies and maintaining inventory
Assist management and team members with administrative tasks as needed
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all administrative processes
Previous administrative or office support experience preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite including Excel and general computer skills is a must
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
Basic understanding of payroll processes is a plus
