Material Handler (Warehouse Associate / Shipping & Receiving)

Location: Fountain Valley, CA
Pay: $20.50 – $22.50 / hour
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday through Friday

Overview

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Material Handler to support operations in a fast-paced warehouse and production environment. This role is responsible for maintaining the flow of materials, supporting shipping and receiving, and ensuring inventory accuracy.

This position is ideal for candidates with experience as a Material Handler, Warehouse Associate, Forklift Operator, or Shipping & Receiving Clerk.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials, parts, and finished goods using pallet jacks or forklifts
• Stage materials for production and assist with line replenishment
• Package, label, and prepare outgoing shipments
• Conduct inventory counts and verify shipments for accuracy
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area
• Assist with additional warehouse and production tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, material handling, or production support preferred
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Forklift experience or certification is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions
• Punctual, reliable, and team-oriented

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Fast-paced warehouse and production setting
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment as needed
