Overview:

A company in Calumet City is seeking a Customer Service Representative is the primary contact with the customer. They must communicate professional and process all requests that pertain to their customer. The CSR must be proficient in email, spreadsheet, and word document processing. They must adhere to all customer expectations and keep the Customer Service Manager informed on any changes or issues.

 

Qualifications:

· Third party warehouse or logistics setting

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Candidates must have Hazardous materials knowledge and prepare DOT documents experience.

 

Duties:

· Process customer orders in WMS and customer systems daily

· Communicate effectively with the customer, carriers, warehouse personnel, management and others.

· Can multi task and check in drivers and answer phones.

· Provides support to the warehouse and Operations Manger when needed.

· Good data entry skills.

· Proficient in Office products and email communications.

· Processes weekly and end of month billing in a timely manner.
