Located in Montana City, MT

Salary: $18-26/hr

Job: Landscaper (Chief Outdoor Make-It-Look-Nice Person)

We’re looking for a landscaper who can wrestle weeds, tame lawns, and turn blank dirt into something people actually want to look at. If you enjoy working outside, operating machines with satisfying noises, and making nature behave (mostly), this job has your name on it.

What You’ll Do

  • Cut grass so it looks intentional, not abandoned
  • Maintain flower beds, shrubs, trees, patios, and walkways so they don’t slowly revolt
  • Plant, prune, trim, and generally convince greenery to grow where it’s supposed to
  • Use hand tools and power tools responsibly (they are coworkers, not enemies)
  • Operate equipment like excavators and snow plows depending on what season Montana decides it is
  • Install and maintain irrigation systems so plants get water without drama
  • Help with landscape installs and renovations while following safety rules everyone actually agrees with

What You Need

  • Experience in landscaping, gardening, or similar outdoor work
  • Solid knowledge of lawn care, basic horticulture, and how not to kill plants
  • Comfort running tools and equipment without needing a pep talk
  • Familiarity with tree trimming and pruning (trees appreciate competence)
  • Physical stamina for outdoor work in all weather, including the “why is it doing that” kind
  • Ability to follow instructions, communicate clearly, and not disappear mid-project

Pay & Perks

  • $19–$26 per hour, depending on experience
  • Health and dental insurance, retirement plan with matching, and paid time off
  • Paid role with room to learn more skills and level up your outdoor wizardry

If you like fresh air, visible results at the end of the day, and equipment that smells faintly of gasoline and victory, this might be your next job.
