Account Manager
 
Express Employment Professionals is hiring an Account Manager for a sheet metal fabrication company in Natomas. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys customer service and administrative work.
 
Location: Natomas, CA
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: $23.00 – $26.00 per hour
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
  • Communicate with customers via phone and email, providing product information and support.
  • Prepare and send out quotes, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-ups.
  • Enter and manage customer data and orders in the ERP system.
  • Support sales and other departments to ensure smooth customer experiences.
  • Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
  • Customer service or sales support experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
