Overview

Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a respected local painting contractor to recruit experienced Painters. This full-time position is ideal for skilled professionals with 3+ years of residential and/or commercial painting experience who take pride in quality workmanship, attention to detail, and professionalism. Painters in this role will be responsible for delivering high-quality finishes while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction standards.

Job Duties

May include but not limited to the following:
• Prepare surfaces including scraping, sanding, patching, caulking, and priming
• Apply paint, stain, and finishes using brushes, rollers, and sprayers
• Perform interior and exterior painting on residential and commercial projects
• Follow project specifications, safety guidelines, and company standards
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
• Work independently or as part of a team to complete projects on schedule
• Communicate professionally with supervisors, coworkers, and customers
• Properly care for tools, equipment, and materials

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional painting experience required
  • Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and surface preparation
  • Ability to work at heights, including ladders and scaffolding
  • Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor throughout the workday
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
  • Ability to pass a drug screening and background check

Pay

$20–$30 per hour, depending on experience
Full-time position

Schedule

Monday – Friday
Day shift 7:30am-4:00pm
