Full Time – 1 month Contract

Monday through Friday – 8am to 4pm

A company leading in quality and performance in the window and door manufacturing industry with rapidly expanding growth in Northern California, with headquarters located within the heart of the San Fernando Valley in the city of Chatsworth. Offering high quality vinyl Custom Windows, Patio Doors, French Doors, Arch Windows and many more in a variety of colors and finishes is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Chatsworth.

Responsibilities:

• Acts as liaison between clients and company.
• Make sure all customer calls are returned, even if no date for service is available.
• Work closely with the customer service team, Shahnaz, Araib, Yumnah and Aiman.
• Answers customer questions and addresses and resolves any issues and complaints.
• Reports problems and unresolved issues to manager or director.
• Writes up reports on client and customer activity or complaints.
• Meets with clients in person when they come into the factory.
• Coordinates and maintains daily service calendar to schedule the (3) technician's and their daily schedule.
• Prepares paperwork for daily services.
• Generates invoices for any chargeable services while working with accounting and updating Market Sharp.
• Work directly with the factory to ensure that any reworks/items needed are being processed and ready for the scheduled service.

Qualifications:

• Customer service experience.
• Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills.
• Possesses detailed knowledge of company goals, products, and services.
• Exhibits strong organizational skills.
• Exhibits ability to think creatively and analytically.
• Capable of remaining patient and calm when dealing with frustrated customers or clients.
• Works well with a team.
• Maintains professional but friendly and outgoing demeanor.
