Salary: $21-$25/hr DOE

• Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls with customers regarding product availability, orders, and inquiries
• Enter and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment
• Follow up on order status and provide shipping updates to customers
• Manage customer inquiries, claims, and discrepancies using internal systems
• Review and coordinate web orders, ensuring proper handling and delivery instructions
• Greet will-call customers and assist with order pickups
• Assist with inventory tracking, restocking, and organization
• Support picking and packing of orders as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations

• Minimum 2+ years of customer service or sales experience (distribution or manufacturing environment preferred)
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working in both office and warehouse settings
• Ability to lift and move materials as needed
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus, but not required
• High school diploma or GED required
