Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Location: Sacramento, CA
Pay: $22.00/hour

Job Description:
Express Employment Professionals is hiring an Apartment Maintenance Technician for a residential community in Sacramento. This is a full-time opportunity for a hands-on technician with a positive attitude and experience performing apartment maintenance, unit turnovers, and service calls.

Maintenance Technician Highlights:

• Repair garbage disposals and replace light fixtures
• Perform unit painting and complete full apartment turnarounds
• Handle touch-ups and respond to resident service calls
• Maintain an upbeat, customer-focused attitude

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and corrective maintenance throughout the property
• Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
• Support overall property upkeep and appearance

Qualifications:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stretch throughout the shift
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
• Experience using paint sprayers, power washers, drills, and hand tools
• Previous apartment or property maintenance experience preferred
• Must pass background check and drug screen
