We are hiring IMMEDIATELY for a Housekeeping Administrator with a large vacation rental company.

This is a fast-paced, high-pressure role. If you can stay organized, move quickly, and keep people on track—you will do very well here.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Dispatching housekeepers to multiple properties
• Managing daily cleaning schedules and turnovers
• Communicating with teams and keeping operations running
• Tracking jobs and performance in Excel

What You MUST Have:

• Ability to type 55+ WPM
• Strong organization and multitasking skills
• Experience scheduling or dispatching people
• Excel knowledge (tracking, basic reporting)
• Ability to handle pressure and move fast

(Breezeway experience is a big plus)

The Details:

• $48,000/year starting (based on experience)
• Full-time
• 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• MUST be available weekends
• Weekly pay
