Pay: $21.00/hour to start

Job Description:

This role involves operating industrial machinery to manufacture metal parts used across various industries, including aerospace. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate milling machines, end mills, drill presses, and revolving lathe tools
• Read and interpret blueprints and engineering specifications
• Set up and configure machinery to produce production batches
• Monitor production to ensure quality and accuracy
• Follow established processes, work instructions, and safety guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:

• Must be mechanically inclined
• Solid and consistent work history required
• Ability to follow detailed processes and instructions
• Previous hands-on machinery or manufacturing experience is a plus
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Must pass a drug screen prior to start
