Service Manager
Pay: $70-$90/k per year DOE

We are currently hiring on behalf of our client for an experienced Service Manager to lead and oversee daily service operations. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on leader with strong mechanical expertise to manage a team of technicians, ensure high-quality work, and drive operational efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Motivate, guide, and supervise technicians to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards
  • Conduct thorough quality control checks on all completed jobs
  • Accurately document job-related information in internal systems (Treqso)
  • Provide technical expertise in the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical systems
  • Oversee scheduling, workflow, and resource allocation within the service department
  • Ensure all service activities are well-coordinated, on schedule, and within budget

Qualifications:

  • Mechanical and service technician experience is required
  • Leadership or management experience required
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Float (preferred)
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of crane and hydraulic systems is a plus
  • CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) preferred or ability to obtain one

Equipment Used:

  • Welding and mechanical equipment

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

  • Combination of shop and field/service environment
  • Ability to manage hands-on and administrative responsibilities
  • May require lifting, standing, and working around heavy equipment
