Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Commercial Carpenter for interior construction projects throughout the Corpus Christi / Coastal Bend area. Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with metal stud framing, ceiling grid systems, and door frame installation. Steady work available for dependable professionals.

Responsibilities

• Metal stud framing (commercial interiors)
• Assist with and install suspended ceiling grid systems
• Install hollow metal and wood door frames
• Interpret blueprints and construction drawings
• Maintain job site safety and cleanliness
• Work independently and as part of a crew

Requirements

• Proven experience as a commercial carpenter or framing carpenter
• Skilled in metal stud framing
• Familiarity with ceiling grid installation and door frames
• Must have own hand and power tools
• Must have reliable transportation to multiple job sites
• Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious
• Ability to perform physical labor (lifting, standing, climbing)

Preferred

• Commercial construction experience
• Ability to read blueprints
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
