Compensation: $40,000 Annual Salary

Job Summary

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join a growing company in the Palmview area. This is a great opportunity for an accounting professional looking to build experience and grow within a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries, including payroll journal entries
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Assist with financial reporting and month-end close processes
• Accurate data entry and maintenance of financial records
• Ensure compliance with accounting procedures and internal controls
• Provide support to the Senior Accountant with daily operations and special projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
• 1–2 years of accounting experience required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• NetSuite experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Eager to learn with a positive and professional attitude
