Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for an AP / Data Entry (Contract) position for a Tyler, TX company!
We are a full-service staffing firm that partners with companies across East Texas to fill full-time, part-time, and temporary openings. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!

In this role, you will:

• Perform data entry with a high level of accuracy
• Audit reports and verify information for discrepancies
• Assist with accounts payable tasks and invoice processing
• Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
• Support general administrative functions as needed

We like to hear from candidates with the following:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Logical problem-solving and ability to work independently
• Experience with data entry and/or accounts payable
• SAP experience is a plus
• Inventory knowledge is helpful but not required

Details:

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours
• Pay Range: Based on experience
• Position Type: Contract
