Position Overview

We are seeking reliable and hardworking General Laborers to support daily operations in a fast-paced outdoor industrial environment. This role involves a variety of manual tasks to help maintain safe, clean, and efficient work areas. Ideal candidates are dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in all weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general cleanup and labor duties across the site
• Pick up and remove debris and non-hazardous materials from work areas
• Assist with directing traffic and ensuring safe movement of vehicles and equipment
• Support equipment operators with spotting and maintaining clear work zones
• Sort materials as needed based on guidelines
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times
• Use basic hand tools (rakes, shovels, brooms) to maintain site organization
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Requirements

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.)
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the shift
• Strong attention to safety and willingness to follow instructions
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance
• Must be comfortable working around heavy equipment and industrial activity
• Previous general labor or outdoor work experience is a plus, but not required
