Salary: $20.00/HR

Hours: Monday - Thursday, 6:00am - 4:30pm

Pay: $20.00/HR

Duties:

  • Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, drawings, and job instructions

  • Measure, mark, cut, and shape plastic materials to precise specifications

  • Operate fabrication equipment including saws, routers, drills, and CNC machinery

  • Assemble components using adhesives, plastic welding, fasteners, or mechanical joining methods

  • Perform finishing operations such as trimming, deburring, sanding, and polishing

  • Inspect parts for accuracy, quality, and conformance to specifications

  • Troubleshoot issues with parts, materials, or equipment during fabrication

  • Package completed components for shipment or transfer to the next production stage

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

  • Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE at all times

Qualifications: 

  • Strong attention to detail — precise measurements and accuracy are essential

  • Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and shop machinery

  • Ability to read basic prints, diagrams, or work instructions

  • Good hand–eye coordination and manual dexterity

  • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new fabrication techniques

  • Reliable, punctual, and safety‑focused work habits

  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift materials as needed

  • Prior fabrication, plastics, machining, or woodworking experience is a plus (but not required)
