About the Role

You'll support the accounting department by managing the flow of money in and out of the organization. Responsibilities may include processing invoices, reconciling accounts, posting payments, handling vendor communications, preparing reports, and assisting with month-end close — all depending on your level of experience.

Shift & Pay

• Pay: $17.00–$25.00/hour (based on experience level)
• All shifts available

What You'll Need

• Experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, or general accounting (any level considered)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or similar a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Professional communication skills for internal and vendor interactions
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred — not required for all levels
