HR Manager

Salary: $110,000.00

Full time DIRECT HIRE career position for an experience HR Manager 

 

We are seeking minimum 5 years HR experience in a small to mid-size company

Minimum 3 years HR Management experience

PEO systems, Payroll, Benefits, HRIS platforms experience 

Industry relevant experience would be HR Management from a Law Firm, or PEO organization

ideal candidate will have experience working in a billable environment.

 

This position will partner with the CEO and Senior leadership on people -related matters, support leadership development and organization effectiveness initiatives.

Manage day-to-day HR operations while ensuring alignment with company policies, legal requirements and HR vendors, maintain HR policies and employee handbook in coordination with leadership, legal counsel and vendors. 

 

BA Degree is required

SHRM CP, SHRM SCP, PHR, SPHR or equivalent HR certification is required

PEO experience is required

 

Must pass background check and Drug screen

 

This is a Hybrid role, work expectations will be determined in collaboration with the CEO based on business needs.
