Inventory Specialist

Located in Durham, NC

Salary: $18-$20/hr.

• Receive incoming materials and accurately enter items into the system
• Organize stock and maintain an efficient inventory system
• Lead cycle counts and inventory accuracy initiatives
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies, shortages, and negative balances
• Pull orders and kit materials for outbound needs
• Follow up on backorders and support daily operations
• Operate equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts

• Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with others
• Ability to follow procedures and safety standards
