Administrative Assistant 

Our Lakewood client is looking to hire a temp to perm Administrative Assistant providing clerical and organizational support to ensure the smooth operation of an office of 4 staff.  This role involves handling communications, CSR, inbound calls,  scheduling, and a variety of administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
  • Schedule meetings, appointments
  • Organize and maintain filing systems (digital and physical)
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents
  • Order office supplies and manage inventory
  • Assist with data entry and basic recordkeeping
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and meeting logistics
  • Support other staff and departments as needed
  • Greet visitors and provide general administrative support

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Workspace
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Time management and ability to prioritize tasks

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred (not always required)

Compensation: when role goes perm salary: 48-52k
