Express Employment Professionals is seeking an organized, diligent, and responsible Customer Service Representative to join a growing team. In this role, you will interact daily with warehouse staff, customers, and transportation provider representatives to deliver superior customer service.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and order status
• Process orders, updates, and customer requests
• Communicate effectively with warehouse staff and transportation providers
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain detailed and accurate records in company systems or CRM
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient order flow and customer satisfaction
• Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
