We are searching for a highly motivated, personable Administrative and Clerical support essential to efficient organization of assigned department(s).

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Greet visitors, answer telephones and relay messages to appropriate staff member
  • Send email messages to internal employees

  • Perform light data entry, typing, or filing

  • Perform a variety of clerical duties and other duties pertinent to the establishment

  • Schedule appointments or call to confirm appointments

  • Deals discretely with sensitive, confidential information concerning professional affairs, personal performance of staff and confidential information concerning department and/or system affairs, information contained in minutes, letters and other documents
  • Possess excellent communication and grammar skills as well as a pleasant speaking voice
  • Work promptly with Microsoft office systems and Quick-books

Requirements:

  • 3+ years Quick Books experience
  • 3+ years office management
