Job Summary:
We are seeking an Assembler responsible for building trailers from start to finish, ensuring all components and final products are constructed according to specific guidelines and quality standards.

 

Key Responsibilities:
- Follow assembly instructions, blueprints, and part lists to gather necessary tools and materials.
- Position parts and subassemblies accurately using templates or measurements.
- Assemble components by ensuring proper fit and fastening parts together.
- Verify completed components meet specifications through measurements and checks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any assembly issues, adjusting as needed or notifying the supervisor.
- Perform basic maintenance to keep equipment operational.
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment by following safety protocols.
- Manage inventory levels by checking stock and anticipating supply needs.
- Document production and quality control actions as required.

 

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 2+ years of experience as an assembler.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Proficient in using hand tools and other assembly equipment.
- Understanding of quality control principles.
- Strong communication skills and excellent hand-eye coordination.
