Machine Operator Union, NJ | $16.21 per hour
Express Employment Professionals of Union, NJ is seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to support a local manufacturing company. This position offers steady, hands-on work in a production environment with opportunities to learn and grow.
Operate and monitor production machinery in accordance with established procedures
Ensure machines are running efficiently and producing quality parts/products
Perform basic machine adjustments, setups, and changeovers as needed
Conduct quality checks on finished products to meet company standards
Maintain a clean and safe work area following all safety guidelines
Assist with packaging, labeling, and general production duties as required
Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred (training provided for the right candidate)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
Reliable and punctual with a good work ethic
Full-time position, Monday – Friday
Pay rate: $16.21 per hour
