Salary: Based on Experience

Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, and shipping
Lead, train, and schedule warehouse staff to meet production and delivery goals
Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and proper documentation
Oversee the handling of raw materials (steel, aluminum, etc.) and finished goods
Ensure materials are staged and delivered to production areas on time
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with carriers and vendors
Enforce safety standards, including proper handling of heavy materials and equipment
Monitor workflow, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements
Maintain organized storage systems for efficient material retrieval
Track and report key performance metrics (inventory levels, order accuracy, on-time shipments)
Inspect equipment (forklifts, delivery trucks, etc.) and ensure proper maintenance and safe operation
Collaborate with production, purchasing, and management teams to align priorities

Previous experience in warehouse supervision, preferably in a manufacturing or metal fabrication setting
Strong leadership and team management skills
Knowledge of inventory control systems and warehouse best practices
Experience handling metal materials and operating equipment such as forklifts or overhead cranes
Understanding of workplace safety standards (OSHA knowledge a plus)
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment

Pay: Based on Experience

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30pm
