What You’ll Do

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plant equipment and machinery
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
• Conduct preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment life
• Inspect systems and identify potential problems before they impact production
• Repair or replace defective parts, components, and systems
• Maintain and service tools, machines, and facility systems
• Keep accurate maintenance logs and documentation
• Work closely with production teams to ensure smooth operations
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial or plant maintenance
• Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read manuals, schematics, and technical documents
• Reliability and a proactive, self-starter mindset
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment

Pay: Based on Experience

Schedule: M-F, 1:30pm-11:30pm
