About the Role

As a Wire Transfer Specialist, you will play a critical role in the accurate and timely processing of domestic and international wire transfers. You’ll work with both internal teams and external customers, ensuring high‑dollar transactions are handled securely, efficiently, and with the utmost professionalism.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives under deadlines, values precision, and understands the importance of confidentiality in financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Process domestic and foreign wire transfers accurately and within established cutoff times
• Perform data entry, verification, and release of wire transactions
• Provide courteous, professional, and timely service to internal and external customers
• Exercise sound judgment when handling large‑dollar transactions and confidential information
• Maintain strict attention to detail to ensure compliance and accuracy

Qualifications

• Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Demonstrates sound discretion and professionalism
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in banking operations with wire transfer processing
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
• Experience handling large‑dollar wire transactions (up to tens of millions)
• Required experience may be obtained concurrently
