Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Sandblaster/Painter for a local company in Cape Girardeau, MO.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare surfaces using sandblasting, abrasive blasting, and cleaning techniques
• Apply industrial coatings, primers, and paints to metal and other materials
• Mix and match coatings to meet job specifications and quality standards
• Inspect surfaces before and after treatment to ensure proper adhesion and finish
• Operate and maintain blasting and painting equipment safely and efficiently
• Follow project specs, blueprints, and coating requirements closely
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
• Touch up and repair coatings as needed for a flawless final product

Qualifications

• Experience with sandblasting and/or industrial painting 
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
• Knowledge of coatings, surface prep, and safety procedures
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
• Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic

Pay: $18/hr+ (Based on Experience)

Schedule: M-F, dayshift
