Job Title: Janitor / Custodian
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Location: Phoenix, AZ 85040

Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor to maintain cleanliness and safety across our office, warehouse, and factory environments. This role is essential to ensuring a clean and organized workplace for all employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain the main office, including trash removal, restrooms, floors, and windows
• Clean factory restrooms
• Maintain cleanliness of the warehouse and factory floor, including occasional use of a floor scrubber machine
• Clean offsite warehouse location once per week
• Maintain the outside perimeter of the building
• Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and handle cleaning chemicals safely and responsibly
• Communicate with the Purchasing Manager regarding supply needs

Minimum Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple departments
• Ability to lift 25+ lbs
• Flexibility to adjust schedule occasionally for special projects
• Reliable transportation; ability to commute to Phoenix, AZ 85040
• Bilingual (preferred, but not required)
