Schedule: Swing Shift | 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM or 5:00 PM – 3:00 AM
Pay: $15.05 – $16.05/hr

Express Employment Professionals is hiring Production Associates for a fast-paced food manufacturing environment in Silverton. Team members will support production of high-quality food products through a variety of roles including assembly, packing, ingredient handling, and equipment operation.

 

Position Overview:
This role involves working on a production line to prepare, assemble, and package food products while maintaining quality and efficiency standards. Candidates should be detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a team environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with product assembly, including preparing and filling items
• Package finished products and apply labels accurately
• Load ingredients into production equipment as needed
• Stack and prepare products for shipment
• Operate and work around production equipment and conveyor systems
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
• Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures

 

Equipment Used:

• Pallet jacks
• Production line equipment and conveyors
• Digital scales and measuring tools
• Ovens and automated machinery

 

Qualifications:

• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English or Spanish
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when needed
• Food production experience preferred

 

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for 10+ hour shifts
• Lift, push, or pull up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
