Express Employment Professionals of Centennial is hiring an Air Monitoring Specialist for an asbestos prevention company in Centennial, CO. The ideal candidate will have an AMS Certification and direct experience in the field. You will be responsible for visiting schools, homes & businesses to measure potential airborne asbestos fiber concentrations to protect workers and building occupants.

 

Job Highlights:

 

• Prepare work areas by setting up containment barriers, ventilation, and decontamination units
• Use hand and power tools for material removal and site preparation
• Maintain accurate documentation of abatement processes and waste disposal
• Draw air through specialized filters
• Analyze samples
• Compare results to regulatory limits to confirm safety and compliance

What we look for:

• Must have your own vehicle and be able/willing to use it for work - mileage reimbursement will be provided! (standard .72 per mile)
• High level of accountability and attention to detail 
• Cleaning driving record 
• 1+ year related experience
