Job Summary:
The Bilingual Rental Agent is responsible for assisting customers with vehicle rental services at a dealership, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and positive experience from start to finish. This role requires strong communication skills in two languages, excellent customer service, and the ability to manage rental agreements, vehicle availability, and customer needs in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, and online in both languages.
• Explain rental options, pricing, policies, and insurance coverage clearly and accurately.
• Process rental agreements, verify customer information, and complete required documentation.
• Coordinate vehicle availability, reservations, and returns.
• Conduct vehicle inspections before and after rentals, noting any damage or maintenance needs.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of rentals, payments, and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with sales, service, and management teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Promote additional services or upgrades when appropriate.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in English and at least one additional language (spoken and written).
• Previous experience in customer service, automotive, or rental industry preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with reservation or CRM systems.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
