Job Title: Deburr and Finisher (Micro-Blasting Specialist)

Position Type: Contract, full-time
Schedule: Swing Shift, 3:00–11:30 pm
Salary Range: $24-20/hour

Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Deburr and Finisher with mandatory experience in micro-blasting techniques for precision finishing. This role requires attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work under a microscope for extended periods.

Responsibilities:

• Use small hand tools to clean up cosmetic issues on parts.
• Read and comprehend information on shop job travelers.
• Use basic precision measurement tools.
• Compare estimated times on job travelers to actual times; notify your supervisor immediately if you cannot meet the estimated time.
• Follow all standardized work procedures and specific instructions given by the supervisor.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications (Required):

• Basic math skills.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operation and maintenance instructions, blueprints, and procedure manuals.
• Understanding of processes used in removing scratches, excess weld material, and burrs.
• High degree of manual dexterity while using a microscope.
• Ability to use a microscope for up to 8 hours per day.
• Ability to sit for long periods, up to 8 hours per day.
• Strong written and oral communication skills to support business needs in an English-speaking environment.
• Ability to effectively communicate with employees of the organization.
• Ability to understand how their actions may affect other portions of the business.

Experience with micro-blasting techniques for precision finishing (mandatory).
