Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to bank members in person and over the phone
• Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments
• Assist members with account inquiries and basic banking services
• Identify member needs and recommend appropriate products/services
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with banking policies
• Balance cash drawer and resolve discrepancies as needed

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience required (banking or financial experience preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn banking systems
• Cash handling experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
