Are you an experience Customer Service Representative? Our client is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for their customers. This role is vital in delivering an exceptional customer experience by handling inbound calls, scheduling service appointments, dispatching technicians, and supporting daily office operations. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating with customers who may be experiencing stressful property-related issues.
 
Pay:
$20-$25/hr
 
Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00am until 4:30pm

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally
  • Gather accurate information from customers regarding leak issues and service needs
  • Schedule and coordinate service appointments for field technicians
  • Dispatch technicians efficiently while managing daily schedules and route changes
  • Enter and maintain customer records in company systems with a high level of accuracy
  • Communicate appointment details, pricing expectations, and service processes clearly to customers
  • Follow up with customers to confirm appointments and ensure satisfaction
  • Handle customer questions, concerns, and complaints with empathy and professionalism
  • Process payments, invoices, and basic billing tasks as required
  • Support general office administrative duties, including filing and reporting

 

 

Qualifications & Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous customer service, call center, or office administration experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Comfortable handling a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer proficiency and experience with scheduling or CRM software
  • Ability to remain calm and professional when working with upset or stressed customers
  • Knowledge of plumbing, construction, or home services is a plus (training provided)
