Salary: $18/hr.

We are seeking skilled Assemblers to join our production team. This role is responsible for performing electrical and mechanical assembly, wiring subassemblies, and building various enclosures and housings. The ideal candidate has experience working with prints, tools, and assembly processes in a manufacturing environment. 

Responsibilities
•    Review production orders, assembly samples, and work instructions to determine proper assembly procedures 
•    Gather components, subassemblies, and materials needed for production 
•    Perform electrical and mechanical assembly of subassemblies, control panels, and modules 
•    Install printed circuit boards and wire harnesses into housings 
•    Use hand tools and power tools (pliers, wire cutters, drills, soldering irons, etc.) to assemble components 
•    Solder connections and ensure proper fastening of parts according to specifications 
•    Perform finishing work such as filing, drilling, scraping, and grinding for proper fit 
•    Inspect parts and completed assemblies to ensure quality and compliance with specifications 
•    Communicate any issues with fit, assembly, or materials to the floor lead or supervisor 
•    Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment 
•    Occasionally lift and handle items up to 40 lbs 

Qualifications
•    Minimum of 1 year of electrical/mechanical assembly and wiring experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
•    Willing to submit to drug and background screening
•    Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and 3D samples 
•    Experience using hand and power tools in an assembly setting 
•    Strong attention to detail and quality standards 
•    Ability to work independently and as part of a team
