Express Employment is looking for a mechanically inclined problem-solver to maintain post-harvest equipment and support customers in the fruit/vegetable packing industry.

Pay: $20-$22/hr

Location: Visalia, CA
Schedule: Full-time with overtime

Key Responsibilities:

• Mix and monitor post-harvest products (wax, fungicides, cleaners, etc.).
• Install, maintain, and repair applicators and company equipment.
• Track product usage and maintain inventory.
• Keep service logs and submit reports.
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance.

Qualifications:

• Mechanical aptitude (basic electrical/plumbing skills a plus).
• Experience in packing house operations preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• MUST have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record & ability to lift 50 lbs.
