Location: Visalia, CA
Pay: $19.00-$21.00/hr
Schedule: 5:45am-2:15pm

 

Overview:
We’re looking for a skilled Welder Fabricator to fabricate and assemble metal components using blueprints and shop equipment. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone detail-oriented and self-motivated.

 

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate shop equipment and machine tools
• Fabricate parts from drawings and specifications
• Grind, repair, and maintain tools, dies, and fixtures
• Assist with assembly and equipment setup
• Follow safety and OSHA standards

 

Qualifications:

• Welding/fabrication experience required
• MIG welding experience with carbon steel and stainless steel
• Ability to read blueprints and use a tape measure
• Basic math skills (fractions)
• Experience with shop equipment (welding machines, drill press, saws, crane/hoists)

 

Physical Requirements:

• Able to lift moderate weight and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
