Sales Support Manager 
Location: Natick, MA
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Salary Range: $70,000 – $80,000/year (+bonus & profit sharing)

Position Overview:

Our client, a nationally recognized specialty food and consumer goods brokerage, is seeking a Sales Support Manager to lead a team of Sales Support Specialists. This role supports day-to-day sales execution and operations, ensuring the sales team has the tools, data, and resources needed to drive retail growth and brand success.

Responsibilites:

• Lead and develop a team of Sales Support Representatives
• Partner with Sales leadership on priorities and execution needs
• Manage deductions, rebates, forecasting, new item setup, and retailer portals
• Support customer presentations, samples, and sales materials
• Oversee pricing updates, item changes, and customer communications
• Maintain accurate CRM and customer data
• Balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent CPG experience
• 1–2 years of management experience
• Background in CPG, brokerage, or specialty food distribution
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• CRM experience required (Quickbase a plus)
